I buy this ink on a regular basis for its reliability and less expensive nature. I don’t have to wait long and actually get both cartridges of ink for less than one in the store. I have also noted that I can get more done on one cartridge of black than what I could when I paid the higher store prices. Face it, I was getting moderate yield ink and now I get a higher yield for less money. I think that is pretty good. Add to that the quick way I receive my purchase and the regular notices that it is on its way and you have a great experience.

|false item describtion and not returning amount paid as promised,
Ordered the GOLD 16 and 26 ink cartiages for a Lexmark printer and was stated and shown to be new and in DELL Box and never opened. Instead got 2 bags of different colors and did not let me know what co. was from but stated what printers it would work on and it was for a Dell printer and not Lexmark.Contacted the Company and they told me it would work but it did not even look like the one we have always used as the tops were different and would not go into our printer. Emailed them several times and finally they contacted me and asked me to redo my rating and if I did this then they would credit my account.When asked how to get the ones the sent they told me to just through away and then with in 14days my acount would be credited. It has been well over a month since I last heard from them and still no credit. I emailed them again and now have not heard any more from them. I still have the items as did not through away as was told to do. I even have emails if you would like to see them.
Please help as the money was taken from my gift cards by the 1 click I always use.

|Bad product.,
I used this to print 3 pages, they were only list so they didn’t use a lot of ink. After that the printing was so light you couldn’t read it. I even took the cartridge out and shook it but it didn’t help. I would be afraid to buy anything else from this company.
